All  Diamond Blades are of first quality and are guaranteed to perform to the standards indicated or better, if used in accordance with specifications and classifications and are guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of shipping.
All products are subject to a thorough quality check before dispatch
All Diamond Blades are guaranteed against segment loss for the life of the blade.
All other products carry the manufacturers standard one year parts and services  warranties as stated on respective warranty cards included with such products.

Shipping/Delivery
Australia:
Next day delivery in Sydney Metropolitan
1-5 working days for interstate orders (remote areas may take longer)
International: 
New Zealand: 3-5 days by Air Mail
Overseas: 7-10 days by Air Mail / 3-4 weeks by surface mail.
Delivery of the goods by DiamondBlades.com.au to the carrier at the point of origin shall constitute delivery of the goods to the Buyer. All orders are shipped the same day they are processed or after verification of details. Goods within Australia are shipped by various Courier services or Australia Post

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders  after confirmation and shipping will be charged the freight forward and return. Cancellations received before shipping attract no costs. All orders are confirmed by telephone, fax or email before shipping.
Returns
Please select your purchases carefully. Because of the nature of the products, we will confirm details if in doubt as to the suitability of the products ordered. You must contact us for a return authorization and return shipping information. 
We will refund 100% and pay all shipping cost if we made a mistake, sent the wrong product or there is a defect in the product.  If you ordered the wrong product or you just change your mind, we have to deduct the shipping costs.
